Wickham Park is an ambitious masterplanning project for Fairway Capital, exploring the sensitive transformation of an established golf estate in Hampshire into a sustainable new residential community. Drawing upon our extensive experience in preparing planning applications for golf courses and leisure estates, the proposal balances contemporary living with the character of its rural setting. Through a considered approach to placemaking, biodiversity and landscape-led design, the vision brings together thoughtfully integrated homes, landscaped public spaces and retained sporting facilities, creating a distinctive new neighbourhood that enhances the natural environment and establishes a lasting sense of place.
