Walcot RFC is a contemporary padel development set within the grounds of an established rugby club in Bath, introducing a new sporting experience alongside its existing facilities. Centred around outdoor padel courts beneath a purpose-designed canopy, the proposal creates a distinctive, all-weather environment that encourages year-round participation. Through a considered approach to architectural form, materiality and integration with the existing sports ground, the development seeks to enhance the club's facilities, diversify its sporting offer and establish a vibrant new destination for players and the wider community.
