Chalk & Padel is an ambitious rural sports destination set within the picturesque Cranborne Chase National Landscape in Dorset. Forming part of a wider farm diversification strategy, the development introduces three indoor padel courts alongside a contemporary café and wellness facilities, creating a new social and sporting destination for the local community. Through a sensitive approach to architectural form, materiality and landscape integration, the proposal balances modern sporting infrastructure with the character of its agricultural setting, demonstrating how thoughtful design can support rural regeneration while celebrating the surrounding natural environment.
